Terms of Service
Agreement
By downloading or using Zoundry ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Free trial
Zoundry includes a 7-day free trial. The trial begins the first time you launch the App and requires no account or credit card. After 7 days, a one-time license purchase of $19.99 USD is required to continue using the App.
License grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Zoundry on up to 2 devices that you own or control. This license is for personal or internal business use only.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its binaries
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Sublicense, sell, or transfer your license to another party
- Use the App on more than 2 devices under a single license
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
Ownership
Zoundry and all intellectual property rights in the App remain the sole property of Zoundry. Your purchase grants a license to use the App, not ownership of the App itself.
Free updates
Your license includes all future updates released for the current major version of the App. Zoundry may, at its discretion, release new major versions as separate paid upgrades.
Refunds
Because the App includes a 7-day free trial, refunds are generally not offered after a purchase has been made. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the App from functioning as described, contact us at support@zoundrymixer.com and we will work to resolve it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Zoundry does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zoundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Zoundry's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zoundry operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
